Subscription Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will receive a prorated refund for the remaining unused days of your subscription period.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Refunds will be based on the number of days remaining in your subscription at the time of cancellation. The refund amount is calculated as follows:
- The total subscription fee paid for the current billing period
- Divided by the total number of days in the billing period
- Multiplied by the number of unused days remaining
How to Request a Refund
To cancel your subscription and request a refund, please contact us by:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the date of cancellation. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the subscription.
Exceptions
The following conditions apply:
- Refunds are only available for active subscriptions. If your subscription has already expired, you are not eligible for a refund.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions may be non-refundable or subject to different refund terms.
- Refunds do not apply to any additional services, add-ons, or one-time purchases made through theonline.farm.
